"slow living" indeed ironic

I love the chaos and infectious energy of a big city that has a lot going on. I prefer to be out on foot but even if stuck in traffic a vibrant city can feel exciting. I live near San Francisco which is very walkable but I'm thinking of New York. There is energy in the streets and that's what makes a city interesting. I'm enjoying your topics Lloyd.

This is a bit like saying getting fat is a sign that you're living well. You might not be starving, but it's just a different type of unhealthy.

While Toronto might be economically vibrant, hence traffic, it's not holistically healthy. Traffic is a sign of that too.
