Thanks. Maybe I simply did something wrong. It was the first time I've posted a comment on substack. I thought I remember seeing it "posted successfully" at the time alongside Steven Lightfoot's comment (which I found to be an interesting comment). I also thought I remember seeing a running word count as I entered the comment, and I hit 1000/1000. Admittedly I'm not seeing a running word count now as I enter this comment, so that leaves me wondering if I was just doing something wrong at the time. It's encouraging to see that my second posted comment showed up. And we'll see if this comment shows up.
Well, looks like the "3rd" comment above showed up. However, For the 3rd comment I was asked for profile set up and to log in - I don't recall seeing that on the 1st two comments. Also the 3rd comment seemed to be subscribing me, whereas I recall an earlier comment checked me as already subscribed. I do work off 2 different Amazon Fire tablets - perhaps that confused the system. Maybe I've simply encountered startup issues.
Do I not understand how the comment system works? I posted a comment yesterday, but I don't see the comment today.
