Lloyd:

I have read your words since there was an excursion on Slate. Like you (maybe), I am an older person who writes on the economy and mostly manufacturing for a little blog called Angry Bear. You have always done exception work which the Bear features from time to time. I have been where you are today.

Companies love to hire experience until such time as the issues they have are fixed or resolved and then it becomes your costs being the issue. From the time Reagan left office, Labor lost its value in manufacturing or even the skills you possess and continuously display on Carbon Upfront and previously. Being creative is an art not everyone has in life. You appear to have such and are re-inventing yourself from time to time the same as I have done for 40 years.

Keep up the good work, scull the lake the same as I would do paddling a one man canoe on Lake Cazenovia, and know that you are read.

Bill
